Verlo’s PILLOWPALOOZA event, held last Saturday, Aug. 20th, turned out to be a pretty great party celebrating the grand opening of our new Wauwatosa store at The Mayfair Collection.

We had such a good time welcoming hundreds of people from the community to our new store. Guests enjoyed games, prizes, golf cart rides, refreshments and a special buy-one-get-one-free pillow sale during the event.

(Plus, guests got to see our CEO, Chris Nolte, dressed in onesie pajamas in honor of the event.)

As part of the festivities, Verlo gave away 30 pillows as raffle prizes, one of which was a $6,000 genuine Eiderdown pillow. The lucky winner, ticket holder #641, is pictured below with Verlo’s CEO and our “security guard,” a.k.a. Ben Bird, digital designer. (The other pillow winners are being notified via email today.)

In addition to the Pillow Match game, in which guests matched pillows to their fun descriptions, guests played the Spin It to Win It game for prizes, such as slippers, nightlights, and sleep masks.
