Unlike traditional mattress retailers, every Verlo mattress is made to order in our Springfield factory, allowing us to customize the firmness or softness to match your exact comfort preferences.
Originally opened in 1994 by Rich Kietzman, Verlo Mattress of Springfield has remained family owned and deeply connected to the local community. In 2012, Rich’s son Caleb Kietzman continued the family tradition by taking over ownership of the store, carrying forward the commitment to craftsmanship, customer service, and better sleep for the Springfield area.
Our showroom at 3308 Robbins Road features a full selection of Verlo vCollection mattresses, including innerspring, gel memory foam, and hybrid models designed for a variety of sleep styles. Each mattress is handcrafted locally using high-quality materials and backed by Verlo’s unique Lifetime Comfort Guarantee®, which allows comfort adjustments over time as your body and sleep preferences change.
Because every mattress is built locally in the same facility as our showroom, we eliminate middleman markups while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and factory-direct pricing.
