National sleep products company introduces new concept

SHEBOYGAN, WI – May 25, 2021 – Verlo Mattress, the national sleep products company, is grand opening a new store in Sheboygan, Wisc. as part of its plan to improve and increase its locations across the region.

This site is the newest venture for franchise owner Tim Fettig, who has been growing Verlo in the Sheboygan and Manitowoc areas the last couple decades. “It’s a great location, you can see us from the interstate. It’s a bigger showroom, it’s gorgeous, and so we’re excited about that.”

The new location is at 4315 South Taylor Drive in Sheboygan. Like all Verlo stores, the new site will offer hand-made, custom mattresses, plus pillows, adjustable bases and other sleep technology.

What makes this new location unique is that the Verlo team will be assembling mattresses directly on the showroom floor, so customers can see their custom mattresses being made. Tim explains, “We’re actually going to have build tables in our showroom. There will be some mattresses in different levels of production on the build tables themselves so people can see the springs, foam, and materials right here in the showroom.”

Founded in 1958, Verlo Mattress has a passion for providing its consumers with sleep systems tailored to a person’s unique needs and empowering them with all of the possibilities to sleep better. Tim first opened a store in Manitowoc in 1997, and then opened the South Business Drive store in Sheboygan a couple years later. Since then, Tim and his team have grown out of that store, and are excited to reopen in the larger space on South Taylor Drive.

The Grand Opening is Friday May 28, just in time for Memorial Day weekend. “The grand opening is a chance to see the all new showroom, the all new experience, being able to see and touch raw materials on the tables, the building of mattresses, and they can expect the same customer service they’ve gotten from us all these years in Sheboygan, with an even better experience for the shopping part of it. We’ll have some great deals and specials on some of the different beds.”

This location will utilize the newest Verlo store concept that was designed to elevate the mattress shopping experience. Some of the store’s highlights include a welcoming hospitality area, a no-pressure sales environment, and an easy-to-navigate showroom.
