Simply drop by our showroom to try out our selection of king mattresses. Instead of trying to sell you a pre-existing mattress from a warehouse, we’ll take the time to understand the specific qualities you need for an optimal sleep experience. Using our Sleepography™ system, we’ll ask questions about your sleeping habits and comfort preferences. Details like the position you prefer to sleep in, any sleep-related pain you experience, and whether you feel hot or cold at night can all contribute to your mattress choice.
Once we’ve assessed your answers, we’ll point out different models in our showroom for you to try. After giving them a test, you can provide us with feedback that will help us narrow down your options. Many guests find the perfect mattress for their needs in one of our vCollections. If this is the case, we’ll then determine the perfect balance of softness and firmness for you, ensuring the comfort settings of your mattress are customized to your liking.
If your perfect mattress isn’t in one of our existing product lines, there’s no need to worry. We’ll design a custom model for you from scratch. You can choose the specific features that go into your mattress, from core materials to construction specifications and external fabrics.
Should your preferences change in the future, we’ll ensure your mattress continues to meet your needs. Our Comfort Adjustment service allows you to modify the comfort setting of your mattress so it always feels just right.
