When you think of spring cleaning, what images do you conjure up? I imagine sheets billowing outside on a clothesline, rugs being shaken and windows being washed to remove the grime of winter. Everything gets a new “lemon fresh” start. That is, everything except my mattress.

Honestly, I didn’t even know mattresses were supposed to be cleaned. Imagine my surprise and embarrassment (I mean, I do work for a mattress company) when I came across these two articles: How To Clean Your Mattress and 5 Disgusting Truths About Your Mattress.

So now that I’ve been enlightened, looks like I’ll be adding one more chore to my list. But I’ll do it happily because it’s springtime!
