With Verlo’s generous non-prorated mattress warranty, you can rest assured you’re getting the finest mattress protection program in the industry. Verlo Mattress warranties all mattress set purchases from defects in workmanship and materials on a 100% non-prorated basis.

What’s Covered Under Verlo’s Mattress Warranty

Our 100% non-prorated mattress warranty starts the day of delivery and covers the following during normal wear:

MATTRESS:

  • Coils or wires that have broken or protrude through the fabric
  • Body indentations of at least 1½ inches

FOUNDATION:

  • Wooden slats that have become loose or split
Keep in Mind

Your new mattress will feel different from your old one. Allow your body at least 30 days to adjust to the extra support and comfort of your new Verlo mattress.

Body impressions are common with today’s more plush mattresses. To help evenly distribute body impressions, rotate or flip the mattress monthly.

Queen sets should have a minimum of one leg center support under the foundation; two legs for king-sets. (Failure to use a proper supporting bed frame may result in damage to your mattress set.)

Your Mattress Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Mattress damage due to the use of an inappropriate foundation
  • Mattress and/or foundation damage due to an inadequate bed frame
  • Damage caused by excessive weight on the mattress
  • Mattress and/or foundation damage due to abuse or moving
  • Fabric stains or burns
If Service is Needed

Your mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Verlo Mattress. You may be responsible for any transportation or shipping charges associated with service. The length of warranty varies from model to model and is specified by collection.

If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Verlo Mattress reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality. The warranty covers the Verlo Mattress product anywhere in the United States, exclusive of transportation costs. Verlo Mattress reserves the right to refuse service when, upon inspection, the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.

Any and all implied warranty on our products shall not exceed in duration the terms of this non-prorated warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied guarantee lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Mattress warranty is non-transferable.

Due to the personal nature and sanitary issues of sleep product use, Verlo Mattress reserves the right to make NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on mattress and foundation sales, and special order accessory items.
